We designed and fabricated a custom solid walnut pegboard panels to outfit an existing steel armoury closet. CNC cut and engraved with the assembly and installation completed onsite. The pegboard system includes 1” acrylic shelves, rifle holders, and pegs and can be configured to our clients growing rifle and crossbow collection!

We worked with Freestone Equipment to fabricate a run of their RemsBoard, a climbing anchor training tool that creates a safe environment to practice anchor and belay techniques in the comfort of your living room. This product is in partnership with Mountain Guide extraordinaire Dale Remsberg.

Our plexiglass room divider stands 36” w x 72” h and includes a 36” w x 48” h plexiglass piece with a 24” clearance from the ground. This self-standing and portable divider is also available with a 36” w x 70” h plexiglass panel with a 2” clearance from the ground.

We created a custom outdoor sign for their headquarters out of marine-grade plywood which we hand stained to achieve a rich tone. The letters were CNC pocketed with glossy white acrylic inlayed for beautiful contrast against the wood. The final dimensions of the sign are 35” x 20”.

We were asked by DNEG, one of the world's leading visual effects and animation companies for feature film and television, to design and create custom awards for their annual DNEG Awards.

We fabricated the custom awards from clear cast acrylic and MDF which was painted with the Pantone colors provided by DNEG. The 1/4” acrylic pieces were cut to size and laser engraved individually.

We partnered with Change Healthcare to design and create custom component trays to perfectly fit the Stream Deck and Kensington Orbit track ball mouse used by Radiologist to streamline their work when using medical instruments.

After the initial design and prototyping stage, we CNC fabricated the Commander trays from 3/4” bamboo and flipped the pieces to include a wire management outlet for the back.

Heather March, affectionately known to us as the Moss Boss creates one of a kind greenwalls using preserved moss for homes and businesses alike. We’ve worked with Greenstems on multiple projects to bring her and her clients plantscaping dreams to life.

A recent project includes a full green wall office space for Vancouver’s Catapult ERP. We custom CNC fabricated 24 different MDF panels to create a lively and green space you actually want to spend time in!

We created a custom retail display for one of BC’s leading sungrown cannabis labs, Tantalus Labs. They incorporate BC’s lush and dreamy mountains scapes in their branding and as a part of their origin story and we went to work bringing their vision to life.

This plywood retail display is comprised of 5 layers of plywood with subtle chamfers on the edge and an matte black acrylic inlay of their logo, filled in white.

We designed and built a custom cider cart for the release of Strongbow Cider’s new and delicious Rose Cider which they debut at Vancouver’s Punchbowl Festival in July.

The mobile cart is constructed with Baltic birch plywood and features a removable engraved sign, lots of storage via CNC hinged doors, a black melamine laminated bar top, and inlayed acrylic of their signature apple logo on the front.

We designed and fabricated a custom still-life photo set for our sister company Klo Portfolios latest photo shoot.

The set includes a pink arched bookshelf, MDF veneered table, a small staircase, table top props, and a lot of plinths! We CNC cut everything out of varying thicknesses of MDF, glued, and painted each piece with the color palette of the set.

We created a set of custom plexiglass signage for Herschel Supply Co’s head office in Vancouver. Their team came to us looking for kitchen signs that neatly identifies which team is responsible for tasks for the week.

We created a plexiglass slider mechanism, allowing them to easily switch out the team member’s name. The text is UV Printed & Cure on to a clear piece of plexiglass which is then mounted to a white piece of Sintra CNC cut in-house.

Vancouver’s Donnelly group is venturing into the world of cannabis and plans to launch 9 new dispensary shops in quick succession. We created in-store retail displays along with custom A-frame sandwich boards for their modern and beautifully designed new locations.

We love creating themed custom displays for events and did so recently on a project with local event design company Bespoke Decor.

They came to us with a coral reef display for a summer-themed event at Mott32, a local restaurant in Vancouver. They required a white coral reef display with a base that they can stand and be staggered on.

We CNC cut and engraved 1/4” Lexan in different shapes of animals, cards, and trees for this exhibition and are excited to see them incorporated in the Shine Room at Science World!

We had the pleasure of working with Vancouver’s newest steakhouse restaurant Elisa, Top Table Group’s latest brainchild. Top Table Group has a total of 8 restaurants in Vancouver and Whistler including Blue Water Cafe, Araxi, and West to name a few.

The Elisa team required a 1/2 inch thick back-lit solid black aluminum sign to dress their entrance door.

We have a beauty (and a beast) of a 5 x 10 CNC router that is capable of cutting and fabricating a ton of materials including MDF, wood, plexiglass, metals, foam, leather, cardboard, and more.
