Custom CNC Bamboo Component Trays for Change Healthcare

We partnered with Change Healthcare to design and create custom component trays to perfectly fit the Stream Deck and Kensington Orbit track ball mouse used by Radiologist to streamline their work when using medical instruments.

After the initial design and prototyping stage, we CNC fabricated the Commander trays from 3/4” bamboo and flipped the pieces to include a wire management outlet for the back.

Custom 3D profiled bases were also made for each Commander tray out of painted MDF, tilting the component up on an angle for ease of use. The end result is a functional and ergonomic tray that allows Radiologist to command medical instruments from their desk.
