Yes, we ship across North America. Each panel is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Every single one of our wooden pegboards and furniture pieces is proudly designed and manufactured right here in our Vancouver warehouse. We take immense pride in creating quality pieces locally and love being part of our vibrant community.

Our turnaround depends on the type of project you have.  A smaller job will take 5-7 days while a more complex CNC fabrication project can take up to 2 weeks. 

Wooden pegboards and knockdown furniture featured in our online shop will take 10-14 days from when your order is placed.

Once we know the scope of your project, we can let you know how long it will take.

We're a full-service fabrication and design studio with a knowledgeable staff that can provide everything you need.  We don't rent out our shop at the moment.

We request full payment for custom projects under $2000. For projects over $2000, we require a 50% deposit to get started on your custom job with the balance due upon completion, and before shipping/delivery.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash and debit.

Of course!  Our design team can assist you with creating your masterpiece or putting the final touches together.  If you need us to create renders and fabrication ready files, we charge by the hour. Unsure of how much this will cost? We can provide you with an estimate once we know more about the scope of your project.

We work with a variety of materials to fabricate your custom project or signage including plexiglass/acrylic, brass, aluminum, copper, plywood and hardwoods, Sintra, foam, acrylic, Corian, and corrugated plastic. The sky is the limit!

We work with vector .ai or .eps files as well as DXF and STL files for CNC fabrication.

We have a rigorous proofing process in place to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.  You can request up to 2 revisions once your proof has been sent. 

We can only get started on your project once your proof is approved via email so we recommend approving it or making final changes in a timely manner so we can stay on track with your timeline.

We want you to be thrilled with your order when you receive it and we’ll do everything we can to ensure this happens.

Sometimes mistakes happen and if you receive an incorrect or defective order, we’ll work quickly to get a replacement.

Because every single order is custom-made, we begin prepping the materials and production times for your order right away. If you don’t want to proceed with your paid order, we offer store credit which never expires and we can get started when you’re ready to go.
