Our custom wooden pegboards fit perfectly into the cozy vibe, providing a flexible and stylish way to display her unique offerings. We created three large 4’ x 10’ wooden pegboards that are tiled together to create a beautiful and warm oversized wall display.

Our team had the pleasure of working with Stealth Coffee Systems to create large custom wooden pegboards and furniture for the marvellous new La Marzocco showroom in Vancouver.

Step into the world of La Marzocco, where espresso magic meets masterful engineering! Since 1927, this iconic brand has been crafting espresso machines that are as much a work of art as they are a feat of precision.

The La Marzocco team wanted their new Vancouver showroom to reflect the values of this iconic brand by creating a playful environment where baristas and coffee lovers can experiment, taste, and learn all there is to know about making the perfect expresso, cappuccino, flat white, and everything in between!

We created a custom tradeshow display for the fabulous Gift Republic who wanted portable tables and wooden pegboards that could be easily set up and disassembled.

The Gift Republic team’s wishlist included modular tradeshow furniture that is easy to transport between shows, a breeze to assemble and disassemble, and is aesthetically pleasing.

We teamed up Otto and Co’s Ryan Fezler to build out of his retail store in Boulder Colorado. We designed and fabricated custom wooden pegboards with shelves and hangrails, plywood storage benches, and a sandwich board.

Our plywood display panels allow you to maximize your merchandising space while creating attention and focus on your top-selling goods. Updating the look and placement of your merchandise is as easy as re-arranging your shelves and hang rails! Plywood grounds the space and provides a warm aesthetic to your retail setting.

Favuzzi asked us to create a custom tradeshow booth for the shows they plan on attending this year.  

The key objectives we wanted to hit were unique brand representation, improved visibility, enhanced engagement, and a breezy set up and takedown.  

We got to work by creating four custom 48” x 72” free-standing pegboards as well as three smaller 36” x 72 knockdown pegboards.  Our pegboards feature custom engraved branding detail, custom-sized modular shelving, and plexiglass signage toppers featuring Favuzzi’s latest brand campaigns.

We recently worked with Vancouver’s Anderson Air, a local company providing top-notch private and corporate charter services throughout North America, Europe, and South America. These guys mean business and their white glove service and pristine private jets mirror their commitment to excellence for their clientele.

Anderson Air came to us to fabricate custom Lexan and plexiglass trays needed to slide into their kitchen cabin. We went with 1/2” clear Lexan, a type of polycarbonate, for the base since this material is ideal for use in a high-end private jet where luxury and elegance are paramount.

Overall, drink trays made for a private jet using Lexan and plexiglass are a practical and visually appealing addition to any aircraft cabin, offering passengers a convenient and stylish way to enjoy their drinks and snacks while flying in comfort and luxury.

Lexan is known for its high-impact resistance and clarity. Fun fact: It’s what is used to separate hockey players from the audience in a hockey rink.

We had a blast creating a custom plexiglass bakery display case to house some delectable treats. Our client requested a sliding door feature as well as removable shelves that can be used both inside and outside of the display case.

After finalizing the design, we got to work cutting the parts for the plexiglass display case. We adhere the display case together using an acrylic cement which bonds the plexiglass together permanently.

We recently created a custom hand-stained and engraved Baltic birch plywood sign for Fluid Inc Agencies, a local Vancouver-based fashion agency representing a variety of brands including Northbound Supply Co, Ruddy Lad, and more.

Measuring 48” x 48”, this custom wooden sign is made from 5/8” Baltic birch which was hand-stained and finished with a clear coat varnish in-house. The sign will be used as branding collateral during tradeshows as well as at the agency’s head office.

Pegboards are a great space-saving solution for small spaces. They can be mounted on a wall and provide ample space for organizing your tools, accessories, merchandise, or decor items.

We had a blast designing our latest addition to our wooden pegboards! Our goal: Design and fabricate a large freestanding pegboard display that is easy to assemble and disassemble, requires no hardware, travels well, and stores flat. Oh, and it has to be big, sturdy, with a modern aesthetic.

We landed on using a hook and joint system to achieve maximum sturdiness with minimal effort when it comes to assembly. Comprised of 2 legs and 2 pegboard panels that interlock, the pieces easily come together to form one large and sexy (if I may so myself) pegboard display! We settled on an overall size of 72” H x 48” W x 15” D. We threw in 12 movable shelves and 26 pegs so there’s ample space for displaying your favourite merchandise or objects.

What happens when a customer asks you to supersize the nostalgic Connect 4 game? You do it! We created a 6 ft x 4 ft version of our Score 4 game for Vancouver’s Greenscape Design & Decor. Check out this behind-the-scenes of how we made this massive Connect 4 game.

The massive-sized version of the game is part of Coquitlam Centre’s Pop Up Patio, happening all of July. Shop goers can listen to live music, grab a bite, enjoy the picnic tables and of course, play games!

We took measurements of the book along with the width and curve of the spine so that we can perfectly replicate the shape to support the book. This was achieved by designing and machining a 3D tool path on our CNC machine.

We designed the book cradle to accommodate a 45-degree posture that best supports the spine. The exterior supports are made from 1.5” solid oak along with 1/4” plexiglass for a seamless display when the book is open. The end result is a sturdy and modern book cradle that perfectly compliments this precious and ornate book.

Acrylic can be “welded “ together using specially formulated cement solvent that bonds the acrylic pieces and fuses them at the joints. This creates a strong, permanent joint that can be used in many applications. CNC cutting of plexiglass provides the best-finished edges for putting acrylic boxes and art frames together.
